Concerns mount over impending cuts and Thatcher museum

A Guardian article highlights that Arts and Museums look set to take a greater hit in the impending, but yet to be finalised, cuts.  Arts Council England models that 15% cuts could mean more than four-fifths of English subsidised arts companies could lose their funding completely. Simultaneously 38 degrees online public campaigns is still hosting a petition to DCMS  to cease all proposals for a £15 million museum and library in honour of the late Margaret Thatcher.
