New Scottish Diversity in Heritage group

We are establishing a Scottish Diversity in Heritage group to support people in the arts, culture and heritage sectors and champion practice in diversity and equality, audience development, social justice, community engagement and participation.

Please join us for the first meeting on Tuesday the 15th of December at Kelvingrove Art Gallery and Museum. The meeting will take place between 1pm and 4pm in the North lunch room.

This first meeting will be a chance to input what you feel would be most beneficial to you as part of this network and what you would like to see or share at future meetings.  We are lucky to be joined by Tracy Ann Smith, the Chair of DHG.

We will start the afternoon off with introductions followed by a facilitated session to capture how the network can most usefully support your organisations. We will finish the meeting with a tour of the museum, looking at some of the hidden histories.

Tea and coffee will be provided.

For information on getting to Kelvingrove Art Gallery and Museum please click here.

If you would like to attend the meeting or have any questions please contact Lyndsey Mackay at dhgscotland @ gmail.com.
