We met at the V&A in November to hear about their audience participation research and Alexia (now at Stroud Museum) gave us an incredible amount of practical information on improving access for visually impaired visitors based on work undertaken at Hereford Museums with Katherine . Aretha gave us a really comprehensive update on the Heritage Lottery Fund’s new strategic plan and what that meant for grants we might be interested in. We also continued our discussions from October on the functionality of the participation portal, thinking in particular about search categories and types of resources to include.
